Optimize Website Performance:
Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of the website while
tracking and improving metrics such as website traffic, engagement rates, and
accessibility.
Conduct regular testing and updates to ensure the site remains functional,
visually appealing, and easy to navigate.
Identify and Resolve Technical Issues:
Monitor the website for bugs and errors, implementing timely solutions to
maintain a seamless user experience.
Create processes to prevent recurring technical issues and ensure long-term
stability.
Collaborate with Teams Across the Organization:
Work closely with project teams, community leaders, and educators to align
website content with the organization’s priorities and vision.

Use social media tools such as Hootsuite and Benchmark Mail to engage

Actively contribute to building an online community by creating content that
resonates with visible minorities, racialized youth, and other underrepresented
groups.
Create and Promote Digital Content:
Design digital materials using Google Workplace and Canva to promote
initiatives and events.
Support marketing campaigns with tools like Google Ads to drive awareness and
engagement for community programs.
Gain Broad Experience Across Sectors:
While focusing on website development, take on tasks in other areas, such as
business development, teaching, and curriculum design, to build versatile
