Job Description:

The team at Bower Dental located in Red Deer, Alberta is looking for a passionate, hard-working Registered Dental Assistant on a full-time basis.

The ideal RDA for our practice values playing their part for the team, to equip the Dentist through providing outstanding treatment assistance and preparing the treatment room and dental equipment/instruments for patient arrival.

For more than 25 years, we’ve helped our patients smile with a wide range of dental services!

Education Required:

  • Completion of a Certified/Registered Dental Assisting Level II
  • Registered or in process of registering with the College of Alberta Dental Assistants
  • Experience preferred but new graduates welcome to apply
  • We are also open to those licensed in other Canadian province(s)
  
Skills Requirements:

  • Experience with dental practice management software such as Cleardent is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Customer service mindset
