| Job Description: |
Dealers carry out specific tasks in the gaming operation to the highest
standard of efficiency in accordance with the policies and procedures laid down
by The Casino and the Alberta Gaming & Liquor Commission (AGLC), and any
other applicable legislation. The dealer is required to provide excellent
customer service at all times by treating patrons with the utmost diplomacy,
respect and courtesy.

| Education Required: |
*Strong verbal communication abilities
*Experience with multiple table games is considered an asset, including
Roulette, Baccarat, and Carnival games
*Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, particularly when dealing
with challenging or difficult customers
*High level of manual dexterity to handle cards efficiently and smoothly
*Basic mathematical proficiency to accurately calculate winnings, losses, and
game results
*Ability to maintain focus and concentration for extended periods
*Capable of standing or sitting for long durations as required
*Comfortable working in a smoking environment
*Tolerant of exposure to scents and perfumes
*Willing and available to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and
holidays
